Simeon cycles through eight fixed lists of cars. He doesn't always text — but he's never working off a ninth. That structure means you can find a car he wants in at most four attempts, starting from any of four common targets.

Steal a Banshee, Coquette, Infernus, or Sentinel. No two-star wanted level means it wasn't on his list — but you've just eliminated three of the eight possibilities. Work down through the rounds below. Seven times out of eight, you're done by round three. On the rare third miss, you know exactly which list it is and every car on it.
